<p><em>NASHVILLE, Tenn. -</em>&nbsp;Millions in state budget cuts have now led to a lawsuit and sparked a federal investigation. Dozens of families claim their civil rights are being violated, simply because the state wants to save some money.</p>
<p>The families are taking care of loved ones with severe mental disabilities and many of them need round the clock care. &nbsp;They said budget cuts are cutting back on that care and leaving them with few options.</p>]]></summary></entry></feed>
